MACS provides a full spectrum of community and periodic services for children, adolescents and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in North Carolina. MACS personnel provide support and habilitative training services to assist each service recipient to reach his or her maximum physical, social, emotional and intellectual potential. The ultimate goal for each of our service recipients is to have him or her acquire those skills which will enable the individual to function as independently as possible and allow him or her to live in the least restrictive environment that is appropriate to his or her needs.
